On a recent visit home to Warwickshire, England, my dad pulled off the road to buy fresh asparagus from a farm.It was quite a different grocery shopping experience to the average: here there were no queues, no need for debit cards, ID and pin numbers, the stall was left unsupervised and completely technology-free: you pay, take your change and enjoy your asparagus!
Quite refreshing to see in 2008.
